    Rules and regulations; extensions of time

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 20-A

    § 729. Rules and regulations; extensions of time. 1. The industrial
    commissioner may, from time to time, promulgate, amend and rescind
    appropriate rules and regulations designed to carry out the express
    provisions and purposes of this article.
