    Limitation

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 23

    § 817. Limitation. The provisions of this article shall apply to a
    person, firm, corporation or craft only after such person, firm,
    corporation or craft has voluntarily elected to conform with its
    provisions.
