    Notice to owners

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 27

    § 870-h. Notice to owners. The commissioner shall furnish to all
    owners, lessees and operators of amusement devices, viewing stands and
    tents notice of all rights and obligations prescribed under this article
    upon receipt of permit applications.
