Rulemaking authority
Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 32, TITLE 1
§ 940. Rulemaking authority. The commissioner may adopt rules and
regulations to oversee the practice of mold assessment, remediation and
abatement and to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the public.
