Execution of notices and certificates
Lien (LIE) CHAPTER 33, ARTICLE 10-A
§ 244. Execution of notices and certificates. Certification by the
secretary of the treasury of the United States or his delegate of
notices of liens or certificates or notices affecting such liens
entitles them to be filed. No other attestation, certification or
acknowledgment is necessary.
