    Definition of recording officer

    Lien (LIE) CHAPTER 33, ARTICLE 10-B

    * § 250. Definition of recording officer. Wherever in this article,
    the term "recording officer" is used, it shall mean the county clerk of
    the county, except that in a county having a register, it shall mean the
    register.
