    Lost and Strayed Animals 115/1894 (LSA) CHAPTER 115

    § 11. Any animal impounded pursuant to this act which is unclaimed may
    be delivered to an individual eighteen years of age or older for the
    purpose of harboring such animal as a companion animal.
