    Lost and Strayed Animals 115/1894 (LSA) CHAPTER 115

    § 7. Any person claiming a dog or cat seized under the provisions of
    this act, and proving ownership thereof, shall be entitled to resume
    possession of the animal on payment of the sum of three dollars.
