    SECTION 35-A

    County websites

    Municipal Home Rule (MHR) CHAPTER 36-A, ARTICLE 4, PART 1

    § 35-a. County websites. Any county operating under a county charter
    as defined in section thirty-two of this part which maintains a website
    shall use a ".gov" domain name for such website.
