    No repeal by implication

    Municipal Home Rule (MHR) CHAPTER 36-A, ARTICLE 6

    § 53. No repeal by implication. It is not intended by this chapter to
    repeal by implication any existing provision of law and no law shall be
    deemed repealed thereby unless expressly provided for therein.
