    Definitions

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE C, ARTICLE 13

    § 13.03 Definitions.

    As used in this title:

    1. "office" means the office for people with developmental
    disabilities.

    2. "commissioner" means the head of the office for people with
    developmental disabilities.
