    Riot or breach of peace

    Military (MIL) CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 7, PART 10

    § 130.110. Riot or breach of peace. Any person subject to this code
    who, while on active state duty or in a duty status other than active
    state duty, causes or participates in any riot or breach of the peace
    shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
