    Disrespect towards superior officer

    Military (MIL) CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 7, PART 10

    § 130.85. Disrespect towards superior officer. Any person subject to
    this code who behaves with disrespect towards his superior officer shall
    be punished as a court-martial may direct.
