    Unlawful detention of another

    Military (MIL) CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 7, PART 10

    § 130.93. Unlawful detention of another. Any person subject to this
    code who, except as provided by law or regulations, apprehends, arrests,
    or confines any person shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
