Inconsistent provisions in other acts
Military (MIL) CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 13
§ 325. Inconsistent provisions in other acts. Insofar as the
provisions of this act are inconsistent with the provisions of any other
act, general or special, or of any local law, the provisions of this act
shall be controlling.
