    Severability

    Navigation (NAV) CHAPTER 37, ARTICLE 12, PART 4

    § 194. Severability. If any section, subdivision, provision, clause or
    portion of this article is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by a
    court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this article shall not
    be affected thereby.
