    Rules and regulations

    Navigation (NAV) CHAPTER 37, ARTICLE 4, PART 2

    § 53. Rules and regulations. The commissioner may adopt, amend and
    repeal rules and regulations as he or she deems necessary to carry out
    the provisions of this part.
