    Inability to provide licensed officer

    Navigation (NAV) CHAPTER 37, ARTICLE 4, PART 2

    § 60. Inability to provide licensed officer. If the owner or master of
    a public vessel is unable to obtain the services of a licensed officer,
    the inspector shall be notified and the deficiency may be temporarily
    supplied, if the inspector approves, until the services of a licensed
    officer can be obtained.
