    SECTION 1374

    Effect of inconsistent provisions

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 6, TITLE 2

    § 1374. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the provisions
    of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law,
    general, special or local, the provisions of this title shall be
    controlling.
