    Inconsistent provisions in other acts superseded

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 7, TITLE 8-A

    § 1570-v. Inconsistent provisions in other acts superseded. Insofar as
    the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any
    other provision of law, or of any local law of the village, the
    provisions of this title shall be controlling.
