    SECTION 1599-LLL

    State and village not liable on bonds

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 7, TITLE 16

    * § 1599-lll. State and village not liable on bonds. The bonds and
    other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state of
    New York or of the village, and neither the state nor the village shall
    be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than
    those of the authority.
