    SECTION 1747

    Effect of inconsistent provisions

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 6

    § 1747. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the provisions
    of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law,
    general, special or local or of the city charter or any local law,
    ordinance or resolution of the city, the provision of this title shall
    be controlling, provided that nothing contained in this section shall be
    held to supplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the
    authority otherwise set forth in this title.
