Authority subject to certain other provisions of law
Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 8, SUBTITLE 5
§ 1831. Authority subject to certain other provisions of law. Nothing
contained in any provision of this title shall be construed to relieve
the authority of the obligation on its part to comply with the
provisions of article nine of the public authorities law in force on the
effective date of this title.
