    SECTION 1834

    Inconsistent provisions of other acts superseded

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 8, SUBTITLE 5

    § 1834. Inconsistent provisions of other acts superseded. Insofar as
    the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any
    other act, general or special, the provisions of this title shall be
    controlling.
