    SECTION 1861

    Exemption from taxation of the property and income of the authority

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 9

    § 1861. Exemption from taxation of the property and income of the
    authority. The property of the authority and its income and operations
    shall be exempt from taxation.
