    SECTION 1878

    State coordination, oversight and technology transfer

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 9

    § 1878. State coordination, oversight and technology transfer. The New
    York state energy research and development authority shall exercise
    oversight over such program; in consultation with Rensselaer Polytechnic
    Institute, coordinate the direction of the program with other research
    under the auspices of the authority and insure, where appropriate, the
    expeditious transfer of technology resulting from such program to New
    York state industries.
