Funding
Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 9-B
* § 1904. Funding. 1. The authority may seek funding from any
authorized or other available source to administer this program.

2. Without limiting the foregoing, the authority shall submit a
petition or other appropriate filing to the commission describing the
activities it has taken and plans to undertake in furtherance of the
policy embodied in this title. Such filing may include a request for
funding to allow such activities to proceed promptly and for a period of
at least five years from the date of the order responding to such
petition. The commission shall, in accordance with and as promptly as
authorized by existing law and regulation but in no event more than four
months following the submission of the petition, issue an order
responding to such petition subject to any necessary and reasonable
limitations based on the public service law.
