    SECTION 1940

    Short title

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 10-B

    § 1940. Short title. This title shall be known and may be cited as
    the "Upper Mohawk Valley memorial auditorium authority act."
