    SECTION 2036

    Effect of inconsistent provisions

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 13

    § 2036. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the provisions
    of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other act,
    general or special, or of any local law of any city, the provisions of
    this title shall be controlling. Nothing contained in this title shall
    be held to alter or abridge the powers and duties of the state
    department of health over solid waste disposal matters.
