    SECTION 209

    Bonds to be tax exempt

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 2, TITLE 4

    * § 209. Bonds to be tax exempt. The bonds shall be exempt from
    taxation except for transfer and estate taxes.

    * NB (Abolished in 1975)
