    Conflicts of interest

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 15

    § 2309. Conflicts of interest. All members, officers, and employees of
    the authority shall be subject to the provisions of article eighteen of
    the general municipal law.
