    Construction and purchase contracts

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 15

    § 2312. Construction and purchase contracts. The provisions of section
    eight hundred eighty-four of the general municipal law relating to
    public bidding with respect to the construction of public facilities or
    projects shall be applicable to the acquisition, construction,
    reconstruction, or improvement of projects authorized by this title.
