    SECTION 2452

    Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 18

    § 2452. Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded. Insofar as
    the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any
    other law, general, special or local, the provisions of this title shall
    be controlling.
