    SECTION 2640

    Construction and purchase contracts

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 28-A

    § 2640. Construction and purchase contracts. The commission shall let
    contracts for construction or purchase of supplies, materials, or
    equipment pursuant to section one hundred three of the general municipal
    law.
