    Severability of provisions

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 35

    § 2799-pppp. Severability of provisions. If any section, clause or
    provision of this title or the application thereof shall be adjudged
    invalid, such judgment shall not affect or invalidate any other section,
    clause or provision of this title.
