    SECTION 2982

    Scope of title

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 9, TITLE 11

    § 2982. Scope of title. Except where such an action is statutorily
    required to be brought only in the court of claims, this title shall be
    applicable to all wrongful death actions brought against a public
    authority or public benefit corporation, notwithstanding any
    inconsistent provisions of law, general, special or local, or any
    limitation contained in the provisions of any city charter.
