Reservation of state right to adjust medicaid rates
Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 10-C, TITLE 3
§ 3500. Reservation of state right to adjust medicaid rates. Each
corporation created under this article shall include as a provision in
any agreement of the corporation with the holder of its bonds that the
state reserves the right to adjust its medicaid rates in accordance with
applicable law and implementing regulations, if any.
