    SECTION 716

    Title not affected if in part unconstitutional

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 8

    § 716. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional. If any section,
    clause or provision of this title shall be unconstitutional or
    ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that it is not
    unconstitutional or ineffective it shall be valid and effective and no
    other section, clause or provision shall on account thereof be deemed
    invalid or ineffective.
