    SECTION 832

    Bonds legal investments for fiduciaries

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 4, TITLE 2

    § 832. Bonds legal investments for fiduciaries. The bonds of the
    authority are hereby made securities in which all public officers and
    bodies of this state and all municipalities and municipal subdivisions
    may properly and legally invest funds in their control.
