    SECTION 893

    Inconsistent provisions in other laws superseded

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 4, TITLE 4

    § 893. Inconsistent provisions in other laws superseded. In so far as
    the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any
    other law, general, special or local, the provisions of this title shall
    be controlling.
