    SECTION 156-C

    Statement required for termination of lease

    Public Housing (PBG) CHAPTER 44-A, ARTICLE 8

    § 156-c. Statement required for termination of lease. Notwithstanding
    any other provision of law, an authority must incorporate into a written
    notice of termination of a lease the specific grounds upon which it has
    made its determination for termination.
