    Prohibition against discrimination

    Public Housing (PBG) CHAPTER 44-A, ARTICLE 11

    § 223. Prohibition against discrimination. For all the purposes of
    this chapter, no person shall, because of race, creed, color or national
    origin, be subjected to any discrimination.
