    New York City Housing Authority

    Public Housing (PBG) CHAPTER 44-A, ARTICLE 13, TITLE 1

    § 401. New York City Housing Authority. The New York City Housing
    Authority is hereby constituted and declared to be a body corporate and
    politic with all the powers, rights and duties set forth in article five
    of the former state housing law.
