Validation
Public Housing (PBG) CHAPTER 44-A, ARTICLE 13, TITLE 3
§ 405. Validation. The creation and establishment of the municipal
housing authority of the city of Schenectady under the provisions of
article five of the former state housing law, together with all
proceedings, acts and things undertaken, performed or done with
reference thereto, are hereby validated, ratified, confirmed, approved
and declared legal in all respects, notwithstanding any want of
statutory authority or any defect or irregularity in such acts or
proceedings.
