    Purposes of article

    Public Service (PBS) CHAPTER 48, ARTICLE 6

    § 105. Purposes of article. This article prescribes additional
    provisions affecting two or more kinds of the public service regulated
    by this chapter and affecting the persons and corporations furnishing
    such service.
