    SECTION 151

    Commission of gas and electricity abolished; effect thereof

    Public Service (PBS) CHAPTER 48, ARTICLE 9

    § 151. Commission of gas and electricity abolished; effect thereof.
    The commission of gas and electricity was abolished on July first,
    nineteen hundred and seven. All the powers and duties of such commission
    conferred and imposed by any statute of this state shall hereafter be
    exercised and performed by the public service commission.
