Major steam electric generating facilities certificates
Public Service (PBS) CHAPTER 48, ARTICLE 10
* § 174. Major steam electric generating facilities certificates. Any
certificate of environmental compatibility and public need issued to a
major steam electric generating facility under the former article VIII
of this chapter shall be treated for purposes of compliance and
enforcement as if such certificate was issued under this article.
