    SECTION 89-A

    Application of article

    Public Service (PBS) CHAPTER 48, ARTICLE 4-B

    § 89-a. Application of article. This article shall apply to the sale,
    furnishing and distribution of water for domestic, commercial and public
    purposes, not including bottled water.
