    Unlawful sale of cannabis

    § 222.45 Unlawful sale of cannabis.

    A person is guilty of unlawful sale of cannabis when he or she
    knowingly and unlawfully sells cannabis or concentrated cannabis.

    Unlawful sale of cannabis is a violation punishable by a fine of not
    more than two hundred fifty dollars.
