    Definitions

    Personal Property (PEP) CHAPTER 41, ARTICLE 3

    § 30. Definitions. As used in this article, the term "transfer"
    includes sale, assignment, conveyance, deed and gift, and the term
    "agreement" includes promise and undertaking.
